Pincemin knives

After a few years in the course of which he preferred to take of his family, Erwan Pincemin, this former Maison des Couteliers' apprentice could not resist the urge to find his workshop back. He designed new models, dusted his tools and revived the Roche du Feu Cutlery.
This humble artisan has lost none of his skiills durink his break. He still offers knives with perfect mechanism and impeccable finish. In both his designs and his choice of materials, Erwan subtly imposes his vision of cutlery... and seduces us.
