Dall'ava Florent knives

Florent Dall'ava is a knifemaker based in the Hérault Valley, surrounded by vineyards.

He makes folding knives, all of which are manufactured in-house: the shaping, grinding, adjustment, tempering, and finishing are all carried out without any subcontracting.
